Facilities

Timberwood Trails is a "NO-FRILLS" campground.  But, we added electricity, and a well in 2007, so there is running water.  Cell phones may or may not work.  You need to bring your own tent.  There also are no parking lots or gravel drives.

The only "facilities" for visitors are an outhouse with a wash station (chlorinated rain water) and a campfire pit.  An outdoor shower is planned for '08.

The attraction of Timberwood Trails is the complete peace and quiet.   More than four cars a day is a high traffic activity.  Even the sound of an overhead plane is an uncommon occurance.
